So I haven't blogged in quite a while... let's face it, my life is boring. School has been crazy busy and with Mom having her hip replaced, I have been driving to Ogden lots to see her. She is such a rock star! I don't know what I would do if I had to choose between restless legs or nausea... yuck!
I can't believe St. Patrick's Day has already come and gone! I didn't even do anything to celebrate! I can remember growing up, we always had the funnest holidays at our house! Mom would always make sure we had lucky charms for breakfast (eaten with green milk of course!), and we would always get decked out in green and there was always a plethora of stickers to choose from to take with us to school (in case anyone forgot to wear green)! This year, I slept in, which was wonderful of course, got ready for the day, played with Lole, took a math test, went to work, and came home and went to bed! How sad! No lucky charms, no green milk, and no fun green outfits. We have to wear all black at work so I did get away with this green bracelet I found in my drawer. So Anyway! It has come and gone, hopefully next year I will be more fun! I can't believe Easter is already in 5 days! Hopefully the weather cooperates!
So I am still trying to plan our vacation for next month. Since we haven't gotten passports still, we have to go somewhere in the US... I want to go skydiving and be on a beach :) So far I am leaning toward somewhere in Florida, maybe... But I don't have tons of money to spend... any suggestions?!?!

MareBear I really do appreciate that all your spare time lately has been on the road to help me. You sweet bubbly self always makes my day. Not even green milk what can I say! Katchie and I did whip up some corned beef and cabbage at the last minute. Yum it actually hit the spot and lately that has been hard to do.
It's good to stay busy, but remember to have a little fun once in a while too! :) Vacation ideas.....hmmmm.....Disneyworld's website usually has some pretty good deals. Call me if you want more info! Have a great day! Love ya!
Vegas baby!!!! your 21 now !
Southern Utah??? Or they have that sweet walk out thing over the Grand Canyon. :)
P.S. Don't worry - we didn't get to have corned beef and cabbage or green milk either.
P.P.S. So is Lole pregers or what?
P.P.P.S. Love you sister!
Sister, what is up. Just thought I would comment on the blog name. The whole optimistic half full thing is confusing to me because thinking that the cup being half full is always optimistic seems wrong. I think it is determined by what is in the glass like if it's a glass of poop the optimistic way would be "don't worry it's a half empty glass of poop." Even more confusing is baby blood in a glass... is the blood coming from or to a baby? Just thought I would give my evaluation of the whole optimism thing. You're the bomb by the way.. but not the bombic because that's Patty even though I don't know what it means...
Hahahaha! Trey makes me laugh! Baby blood? Poop? Oh the mind of a teenage boy! Don't you just love it!
lol Trey you are so freaking funny! I guess that is a good way of looking at life... Only you would think that way, I dare say ;)
